剛買了一台960is,尚未買記憶卡.
發現有這兩種的可以選,但卻不知道其中的差別.
有好心的大大可以解惑嗎?
價格又大約多少上下呢?
ps.這台機子真的還不錯!!
小弟也是買這一台相機，原本掙扎要買高速的SD卡，還是SDHC，後來想說還是買新規格好了，反正這一台相機有支援。
這一個星期剛好看到網路上有記憶卡特價覺得不錯而且是CLASS6的喔

要打倒特權的，往往會變成另一個特權 ， 要推翻專制的，可能會形成另一種專制，若是過度被神話，以後就會?
don't be fooled by those classes rating on SDHC card. even the fastest class 6 card only has read/write of 6MB/sec.
on the other hand, Sanddisk Extreme III has 20MB/sec read/write speed. it's faster than even the fastest class 6 card.
i have both extreme III and extreme II SD card. i used it on SD870is and i found no differences. usually, extreme III are more expensive. so i will suggest you buy bigger (for ex, 4G) extreme II card.
if you want convenience, you can buy SD Plus, which has USB on one side, you don't need to use card reader or cable to transfer pics.

Extreme II: read/write 10MB/s (i have this card, the read/write is around 9MB/s)
Extreme III: read/write 20MB/s ( however, in order to achieve 20MB/s read/write, the camera, or card reader MUST support ESP technology. otherwise, read/write around 10MB/s like Extreme II)
SD Plus: this card has a USB on one end. you can just use it as USB drive and transfer files without the need for a card reader or cable.
the minimum speed on the Sandisk cards ARE their rated speed. (not like other card, which drop speed afterward.
this is the HD tune for SD Plus 2G (rated Extreme II, 10/9 MB/s read/write)
This is HD tune for SD Extreme III (rated 20MB/s read/write, but my card reader doesn't support ESP. as a result, can't take advantage of the super fast 20MB/s read/write)
