終於, 在今年10月底時, Canon Australia 宣佈了令人熱血沸騰的消息 - 最高達AU$500的回饋金 (NT$12500), 當您買了任何機身與有折扣的鏡頭與配件. 看到這個消息之後, 我就開始著手於挑選鏡頭來搭配400D. 再看了又看之後, 終於選定的EF-S 17-85 IS USM 這顆旅遊鏡.
但是, 天不從人願, 400D在澳洲居然大缺貨. 小弟打電話問了不下10間才找到了需要的東西. 當天, 小弟就心急的去把它帶回來了...

忍不住買了它, 老闆正在細心包紮

目前小弟與雙親皆對400D與17-85IS的表現感到非常滿意. 在大太陽下, 選適當的Picture Style使色彩飽滿鮮豔, 也保留了很多的高光細節. 在昏暗的環境下, 400D 與 IS 的合作使的成功率大為提高 (如上面的大學夜拍與酒莊內, 都是ISO1600 +IS 的功勞). 唯一現在感覺到的小缺陷是電池比較不夠力, 加上IS鏡頭也使的第二顆電池變的重要. 依這幾天的使用, 1顆電池差不多照 ~250張 (還加上看圖等等).
看了這些照片後, 小弟認為DSLR比DC還是擁有了太多的優勢, 也大大擴大了各種情況下的成功率. 當我把400D握在手中, 心中終於不再有遺憾
