No, please keep your EF 85mmF1.8 for outdoor shooting.
I bought Sigma 50mmF1.4 first and used it for indoor shooting for like 3 months then I bought EF 85mmF1.8 for outdoor shooting.
I use Sigma 50mm indoors because it has apperture of 1.4 which is awesome for taking indoor pictues without firing the flash. (Do no tuse flash to take pictures of your child)
I bought EF 85mmF1.8 for taking pictures of my wife and son when taking them to the park. EF85mmf1.8 is a great lens to be used outdoors and I think you also know that.
Both lenses are excellent lens and both are keepers.
If you sold your EF 85mm F1.8, I am sure you will miss it and you will miss it big time.
