I think it is not a good idea to vague the point. I hope you know I am not trying to convice you to purchase a 30D or 20D... or whatever... It is your bussiness.
I juat do desire to know the answer of above question.
As you mentioned before:

so? you mean they are terrible, their pics are worther than nothing?
2. I'm just as happay as I can get for the picture result from my 350D, when I saw the pictures from someone's 20/30D, they are not even better.
ya I know, even a DC can take a better pic than above ones do, but will you abadon your 350D.
3. As i said: is how you took the pictures, is not what do you take the pictures with: Point of shot camera can take the pictures just as good like anything else (depends on subject)

why 5D better? because i do have 14mm, 15mm, 20mm, 28mm lens, so i'll feel better of the full fram than 1.6x CCD/CMOS
It should be better. But in your opinion, it some time may be worse than your
350D.
FYI.
I working with people whom use 5D, 1DMKII, etc, some time they even can not thell the pictures come out from 350D or etc.
So, why are you likely to buy a 5D? I think you are not necessary to spend money on similar equipments. Of course I know you have a lots of lenses to
mount on 5D, but as your discription above, sometime the quality of pics from different cameras are approximate.
I am still confused.
But let me conclude "your point of view":
1.you think pics' quality depends on people.
and
2.some people who use higher level cameras take worse pics than you do with 350D.
3. If you use 5d, your pics can be better than they on 350D.
But others' tech is sucks and, therefore, if they use 5d, the pics from them
are still worse than your 350D.
