Your purpose of this lens: 我主要以人像為主
Now, let's take a look at what makes a great portrait lens.
- 50mm-135mm on FF
- Large aperture size
- quality of bokeh
My honest recommendation : Tamron 28-75mm F2.8 A09
Pros:
- Excellent C/P ratio for portrait shots
- Beautiful out-of-focus Bokeh
- Big aperture size starting from F2.8
- Full advantange of FF lens on APSC camara bodies
- Focussing speed is comparatively fast after production of 2010
- Great portrait focal lengh coverage from 28-75mm on FF and 44.6mm-120mm on APSC
- Street priced at NT$15,800 is not pricy
Cons:
- No USD to help faster focus speed (lens production dated after 2010 has been improved)
- focus motor is a bit noisy, (just a bit to me)
- No VC support, although not necessay but a benefit
Of course, there are alternative options for taking portrait shots in the similar price range.
1. Sigma 50mm F1.4 HSM
- Needless to say, this lens has become a legendary 50mm prime lens
2. Canon 85mm USM F1.8 USM
- Claims to be fastest Canon USM lens
- Amazing bokeh in days or nights
3. Canon EF 100mm F2 USM (not macro version)
- shallow DOF with compressed sense of bokeh effect
Well, I always encourage people to take protraits. Regardless of the lens you pick for your portrait shots, it is always a pleasure and full sense of happiness to take pictures of your family members and loved ones. remember, no sigle lens or picture is more valuable than spending times with your family. However, it is you who use the camara and lens to create beauitifull memories among your family discussion.
Cheers and have a nice day.
