You said "目前有SIMGA 18-50 F2.8這顆鏡頭然後假如在買15-85的話這樣會不會相衝太多呢?"
Well, here is my response. (I have Tamron B005 and EF-S 5-85mm IS USM)
The answer to your question according to my personal experience is NO.
Sigma 18-50mm F2.8 has its advantage of focal length indoor for family party, friends gathering, and pretty much all indoor close range shooting scenarios.
As for the Canon 15-85mm, you will find it enjoyable to use outdoors especially when travelling light. As for me, I use this lens mostly when I take my kids out for a walk in the park during day time. A lot of people critizing on the small aperture size of Canon 15-85mm. However, I do appreciate some of the 15-85mm attributes that brings me a lot of memorable pictures of my family life.
What I like about my EF-S 15-85mm IS USM:
1. Excellent focal lens from 15 - 85mm on my APSC body.
2. Overall sharpness of the pic is superb to any other travel lens I have.
3. IS and USM works a lot better than previous Canon travel lens, this baby focuses fast and quite.
3. Build quality is nearly perfect for me compares to other lenses. Zoom creeps a bit though.
4. My 15-85mm is made in Taiwan and that makes me proud. Excellent product.
5. The best bonus I like this lens is it can focus at very short distance and that is awesome for close shoots for both portrait works and highlights of bugs, flowers, and etc..
Anyway, please have fun with your Sigma 18-50mm F2.8 indoors and enjoy your new EF-S 15-85mm outdoors. Both are great lenses and both are designed for bringing you joy and quality time with your family and loved ones.
Cheers and have a nice day.
