去看看Dpreview 的 100L IS reiview的第二頁, 就有下列這一段話
" The exterior of the barrel is made from high quality plastic, which helps keep weight down, and the mount is of course metal; there's also dust and moisture sealing (with a protective seal around the lens mount)."
簡意就是說 外鏡筒是由高品質塑膠製造, 這樣有助於減少重量, 而接環當然是金屬....
dpreview 也算夠意思了, 人家costdown, 他卻還幫Canon說了這樣的好話~~~~
回頭再看看Nikon 2006年出的 105 VR 760g左右 金屬外鏡筒 現在公司貨售價約25000
如果我講沒錯, 100L IS大概是第一顆 外殼採用全塑膠的 EF L鏡 ~~
如果連Luxury 的最高檔等級鏡頭, 在大賺利潤之餘, 還同時 costdown,
個人難以期待Canon以後還會在品質與利潤之間作出如目前L鏡般的水準以上的平衡~~
