Just think sigma35mm & Canon 35mm f2 is are quite different. Depends on you are looking ultra fast aperture or close up stuff and is.

buy voigtlander 20mm because of 20mm, if buy Canon 24 F/2.8 because of the IS.
Both are pretty small and light, so it's between the wideness and IS now, another thing is Canon 24mm has autofocus.
