想請教Legion 5 15ACH6 可支援最大記憶體多少 跟 支援的m.2硬碟規格

有想個問題想請教各位大大🙏🙏

最近買了一台Legion 5 15ACH6 (82JW0040TW)
原本標配是8GB RAM佔用了1 個槽，
現在想要買一條16GB的RAM加裝在第2槽到24GB(8+16)

但是我查到聯想官方規格說明

(問題一)
上面是寫最大支援MAX memoery是16GB
但是下面又有一行Notes寫"The system may support more memory as the technology develops."

而且也找過有看到某購物中心上面規格是寫最大可以支援到64GB的RAM
所以有點被搞迷糊了到底是最大2槽加總只能到16GB?
還是可以再上去超過16GB?
想請教一下各位有人試過2槽RAM加起來超過16GB以上的嗎?
請問可以正常使用嗎?

(問題2)
想請問一下就是只能支援M.2 PCIe NVMe的硬碟嗎?
因為我有試過用拔舊筆電上的M.2 SATA 2280插上去第二硬碟槽
但是系統讀不到硬碟@@
2個硬碟槽都有交叉測試過
出廠的M.2 PCIe NVMe硬碟都讀的到
就是後插上去的M.2 SATA硬碟讀不到

請問是硬碟槽是沒有向下相容支援M.2 SATA?
想請教一下有人遇過這個問題嗎?
