現象：帶有Nvidia Quadro FX 570M (NVIDIA NB8P-GL)顯卡的T61p(型號6457, 6458, 6459, 6460, 6461, 6462, 6470) ，在兩個內存插槽都安裝有內存的情況下，可能會產生間歇性死機（就是所謂的“冷凍”）現象，尤其是在顯卡高負荷運行時例如運行benchmark之類的顯卡測試程序或者是運行遊戲時

Contact the help center and reference this tip to get your planar replaced. The substitution is FRU 42W7877 ===> FRU 44C3931



今年3月20日前出廠的所有主板編號為FRU42W7877的T61p都需要更換編號為FRU44C3931的主板，這是一個嚴重的硬件設計問題（並非製造工藝問題），在中國大陸只要行貨都可免費更換。香港那邊也聯繫了，只要是港行的都能免費更換。客服中心說，美國、澳大利亞、新加坡、倫敦這幾個地方的客服，無論哪裡的貨都可以免費更換。。
