Lenovo= Worst Customer service ever
Lenovo: your shipping address can't not be verify by your credit card or bank
solution: TO add an Alternaitve address on your credit account
BoA: We are only allow one address for one account which billing address is the one that in bank profile
Me:Does any company care about the shipping addree if the billing address match with the credit card address? and everything else is fine.
Outcome: wasting two hours just to dealing with this order which is not make any sense. The phone conversitaton was held as three way talk,I even went to the bank branch to help me verify the shipping address. Resutl with losting 100 buck due to skiping working for about 2 and half hours. I am not sure my order is been through or not. FML and fuxx the Lenovo. Doesn't mean YOU got that IBM name on it upgrade you to a internation company.F that LENOVO. 你老母.
Comment:I have 10years online shopping experience and this is the first time I have ever see this problem and to deal with.I even ask what kind business are you dealing, it seems like you don't want to sale your product to customer and I will refer that policy to everyone I know ; I guess that is why Dell,Hp,Apple are more willing to be recommende by customer rather than that IBM name tag you brought from.

一個很平常的信用卡安全機制,沒什麼大不了的.............
