This is how Lenovo treat the customer

Lenovo= Worst Customer service ever

Lenovo: your shipping address can't not be verify by your credit card or bank

solution: TO add an Alternaitve address on your credit account

BoA: We are only allow one address for one account which billing address is the one that in bank profile

Me:Does any company care about the shipping addree if the billing address match with the credit card address? and everything else is fine.

Outcome: wasting two hours just to dealing with this order which is not make any sense. The phone conversitaton was held as three way talk,I even went to the bank branch to help me verify the shipping address. Resutl with losting 100 buck due to skiping working for about 2 and half hours. I am not sure my order is been through or not. FML and fuxx the Lenovo. Doesn't mean YOU got that IBM name on it upgrade you to a internation company.F that LENOVO. 你老母.

Comment:I have 10years online shopping experience and this is the first time I have ever see this problem and to deal with.I even ask what kind business are you dealing, it seems like you don't want to sale your product to customer and I will refer that policy to everyone I know ; I guess that is why Dell,Hp,Apple are more willing to be recommende by customer rather than that IBM name tag you brought from.

我猜樓主的意思應該是抱怨人家不賣東西給他吧!!
不過LENOVO的網購不出貨給美國本土以外的地方也不是一天兩天的事情了,實在是因為現在信用卡盜刷的問題太嚴重了,所以也不能怪人家...
不過如果樓主想靠自己買入LENOVO產品的話倒是可以拿美國運通卡或是美國當地銀行發的信用卡試試,他就會給你刷,幫你出貨到海外,
再不然就是刷了卡寄到美國朋友哪邊,在請他們轉寄回台灣(用EMS大概要70元美金吧...年代久遠忘了^_^!),或是用代購吧!
開版大遇到的問題,不是 Lenovo 不賣給美國以外的地區,而是:

"寄貨地址與開版大在信用卡發卡銀行登錄的地址不符,信用卡公司不付帳,當然就沒辦法出貨,需要開版大與發卡銀行做地址確認,發卡銀行才會付帳,Lenovo 才能出貨給開版大。"

一個很平常的信用卡安全機制,沒什麼大不了的.............
這跟銀行付不付款沒有關係吧,一般網購送貨地址和帳單地址可以不一樣,但Lenovo要求帳單地址和送貨地址必須相同。
至於樓主,換張信卡吧。
不卖楼主是应该的。

有时候少买反而多赚很多。

有的顾客很难伺候

在美國大部分的網路購物都會要求填寫運送地址跟帳單地址

填入的帳單地址必須要跟你信用卡公司那邊留的一樣才能刷卡

運送地址可以是不同的地址

樓主的問題是Lenovo只願意送到信用卡銀行紀錄上有的地址 也就是Billing Address

但因為一般銀行一個帳戶也只會登記一個地址 不會有兩個地址

就等於是變相的規定只能送到信用卡帳單地址

基本上就是一個不合理的規定



樓主氣的是這個

我在美國官網訂購 X120e...
用的是我自己美國運通卡...
送貨地點是美國分公司...
帳單地點是美國分公司...
下單後兩個禮拜到貨...
到美國分公司出差時順便拿貨...

不過...
訂單確認是花了大約一個工作天才受理訂購(會有 e-mail 確認訂單成立及預計出貨日期)...
That is right. I don't see any policy that shipping address has to be same as billing address. I also confirm with the bank representative , they agree with me.Because due to the secure policy bank would not allow customer to state another address as resident address. The outcome is Lenovo just don't want to pay for the unexpected credit fraud.If a company is like this kind the cheap, how do customer expect to get a valuable service.I believe a lot of people have been complain about their policy,My concern does the policy really need to be this restricted. I think is ridiculous and doesn't make sense for any customer. It's not the credit issue and doesn't have anything to do with the bank or credit card company. It's Lenovo's policy drive customer crazy.

這policy確實不合理,不過卻也不是剛有的事情,小弟的女友09年在美國購買x200就遇到了,最後讓銀行將billing address改成了新家的地址才解決。小弟以為應當是防止那些在美國以外地區的人來購買?不過真的很不方便就是了。
