Word 2003 無法儲存檔案及開啟舊檔

1. 在 word 2003 要儲存檔案時 會出現
[You need to log on to Credential Manager to use this functionality]

2 在 word 2003 開舊檔時 會出現 [Enter a pass-phase to decrypt]
而且 要開時 檔案類型 選項 只有 Document Manager Encrypted Files
沒有 .doc 可選.

HP 筆電 有安裝 HP ProtectTools Security Manager .
Credential Manager 是其中之一的功能

從來沒用動過這 Security Manager
用了好幾年都沒有遇到這樣的問題
上星期用word 也都沒問題
昨天要存檔發現無法儲存 又發現開檔也有問題

HP ProtectTools Security Manager 的版本 是 1.00 C3 (1.5.0.525)

最近有自動更新電腦 (KB2846071 and KB2850851) 是跟這個有關嗎

Q1: 是直接在 控制台 的[新增或移除程式] 中
移除[HP Credential Manager for ProtectTools] 嗎
移除時有什麼要注意的嗎

Q2: 還是安裝新的 版本 HP 網站找不到可以下載的

請問要如何解決問題. SOS !!!
