最近手殘 upgrade 了很多 Dell XPS13 9360 的 drivers, 發現 Dell 官方的 installer 跟 Apple Web Components 的 installer 都會造成 DCOM 10016 的問題, 因為 owner 都沒有改好, 留下什麼"TrustedInstaller", 還好可以手動修復, 如下網址所述:

如果 driver upgrade 之後, event viewer 發現很多 10016 的錯誤, 應該就是這個問題, 有時會造成無法自冬眠恢復, kind of annoying
