小弟購入一隻微軟藍芽滑鼠後(微軟 設計師藍芽滑鼠)
發現配對後不能動，游標會一直飄，亂跳
但是沒開WIFI就可以用，有人有一樣的狀況嗎？
您要不要試試看底下的方式..能不能解決您的問題.
Device manager -> Network adapters -> Wireless controller -> Properties -> Advanced tab -> find "Bluetooth collaboration" in the list of items -> set to "disable"
...drastically improved the stuttering with my bluetooth mouse. I am not sure if this also applies for a wireless USB mouse, but I guess it is worth a try.
