vostro 5460 網卡不能跑1G

不知道各位有購買 Vostro 5460 的人
有小弟下列情況嗎?

以下是vostro 5460 網卡的型號
Qualcomm Atheros AR8161 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller (NDIS6.30)
此型號為1G網卡，但我接上1G HUB 或是 CISCO SWITCH 1G Port 接只能顯示100 M
也確認網路線為CAT 5E 可傳輸1G

我看同事電腦有接1G網卡的皆能正常顯示，且驅動程式那可調整為1G 雙工，
有請DELL 提供驅動程式，但情況依舊

此張無線網卡 Intel Centrino wireless N2230
我有爬過文這張網卡收訊本來就不是很好，但小弟有以下情況
手只要放在在筆電觸碰版左邊置腕區(鋁鎂合金)上 wifi 就會收訊變得異常的差
例如300mbps 可能變成一百多，

不知版上的人有沒有以上情況

怎麼樓主的是 NDIS 6.30 ???
