剛剛Google到Dell大老闆Michael Dell的email. 竟然就是很簡單的

現在Michael先生應該是單方向的收到台灣區總經理給他回報的台灣狀況. 很有可能就是片面之詞.
請各位受委屈或是有個人資訊被不當手法取得侵犯的朋友, 用簡單的英語, 一人一信的把消費者這邊
看到和遇到的不平待遇及台灣Dell的不當處理告訴他.
為各位加油!!!
寫這信我不知有沒有用

雖然可能他連Taiwan在哪裡他都不知^^

呵呵....Michael Dell今年的三月 22日才剛來過台灣咧!
外文系的我居然想不出什麼英文信...

Dear Michael Dell:
I bought a LCD monitor on Jun 26,2009 because it's so cheap.After many hours,Taiwan DELL said it's a mistake.Taiwan DELL denied all orders and will give NT$1000 coupon for everyone who ordered the LCD monitor.But it could be used to buy LCD monitor on DELL on-line shop only.After the consumer uses the coupon,it is still more expensive than other shop.Now every consumer want to see DELL company to show your good faith.

I bought your company product (Mointor/ Notebook) on Jun Xx,2009, and complete the order process at your DELL website, my order no, is. :XXXXX. and I just dont understand why your company can not ship the product since I already completed my order processing, I would like your personal invole to help me continmune using DELL product and maintain the confidence of your Brand, especially Direct is the core value of DELL and i can not image that a company lost core value and user confidence. what else it has. there are many other people like in Taiwan would like to continue to support (Despit yor Taiwan price is farly high compare woth other countries within ASIA). Once again, I would appreciate your personal involve since this your Brand.
