hi all, i just have a question to ask u guys....

my m5n read and write cd without problems, but when i read any kind of dvd, it does not work, dvd movies, dvd+r and dvd-r, all i cannot read, do you guys have the same problem?

Hello:
I use the ASUS M5N too, the DVD combo is work fine without any problem like you, DVD movies,Datas,DVD+R,DVD-R all is ok!
I have question, the you can read the data file from DVD? if can, the may is your DVD player software problem! have show any error message?

Do U have any DVD-player soft in Ur M5 ???

If No !!! Please install Power-DVD or someone !!!

Then Ur DVD will work !!!

Keep GO !!!

first of all, i cannot even read data dvd burned by myself, and i already installed powerdvd too, anyways, it seems like it's my drive's problem, i think i will ask for an exchange thanks you all for the help

You should have the original CD - Asus DVD in ur package!

Your DVD can work after you install this CD.
