於是將SSD 全部刪除，在重新設定，方式如連結:

原廠是4g OEM 及約18g。修改後變成SSD 1個 8G (因我ram有8G)是「休眠磁碟分割」(無休眠磁碟分割，就不能使用Instant on 功能)(另一個約14g)，測試RAMDISK 還只較低的1742等級，所以，也把14G的expresscache 糟以磁碟管理作「刪除磁碟區」後，再格式化為ntfs，完成後如下。
再測試ramdisk 成績就回復到上揭 4577等級圖!?。

「根據Microsoft的Engineering Windows 7 Blog，大多pagefile的存取都是細小的隨機讀取和比較大的連續寫入，這正是非常適合SSD特性的。而pagefile的讀取和寫入比例大約是40:1，而讀取是不會影響SSD壽命的。Microsoft指出pagefile比絕大部份其他檔案更適合放在SSD上.
Should the pagefile be placed on SSDs?
Yes. Most pagefile operations are small random reads or larger sequential writes, both of which are types of operations that SSDs handle well.
In looking at telemetry data from thousands of traces and focusing on pagefile reads and writes, we find that
• Pagefile.sys reads outnumber pagefile.sys writes by about 40 to 1,
• Pagefile.sys read sizes are typically quite small, with 67% less than or equal to 4 KB, and 88% less than 16 KB.
• Pagefile.sys writes are relatively large, with 62% greater than or equal to 128 KB and 45% being exactly 1 MB in size.
In fact, given typical pagefile reference patterns and the favorable performance characteristics SSDs have on those patterns, there are few files better than the pagefile to place on an SSD.

所以，就將pagefile 設定至SSD上。設系統管理自動設8770mb，後來改為自訂512~8770，同時開啟很多軟體，RAM 已由2點多升到3.9多，結果 pagefile 都還是512mb 沒有變化。
正常安裝完 Instant on 後，電腦的電源設定 win7 全部自動更改為"睡眠"，手動修改為其它設定(例關機)，重開機後，win7 又全部自動更改為"睡眠"。如要真正關機，請使用開始/選關機，或執行"shutdown" 指令(shutdown /? 為用法說明)。
Instant on 在桌面有可待命時間之預估值，一種是高效模式，另一為省電模式。所以，此功能還是會耗少許電力。

總結，
一、要使用 Instant on 功能，要設定一與實際安裝 Ram 同樣大小的"休眠磁碟分割區"， 才能正常使用，且似乎這個功能很需要，Intel、acer、ASUS……等都有此功能(請參閱各品牌廠網站)，只是名稱不同。所以，現在我都使用"睡眠"(Instant on 功能)。
二、Expresscache功能，除了將傳統硬碟CACHE 到SSD外，不知道會不會也把Ramdisk也cache了??!!我是關閉它，格式成ntfs 才看得到，才能放pagefile.sys.
三、Ramdisk 設定一些temp檔、IE 的 Temporary Internet Files及FIREFOX、CHROME 的流灠CACHE網路上大家都這麼建議。
四、SSD 除了"休眠磁碟分割區"外，剩餘部份放 PAGEFILE.SYS ，還能放什麼?!。
