在3810T要如何更新BIOS呀?

Dear 專家們:

我在ACER官網下載1.04版BIOS打算更新,
其中Readme檔寫到"Windows flash: Please click "InsydeFlash.exe" to update bios."
因此我就去執行了"InsydeFlash.exe"這個檔,
結果它寫顯示了以下文字:
InsydeFlash can not load the driver. Please close all applications. If you care
running this utility in Vista, please run as adiministrator.
我也打所有在跑的程式都關了,但都時續顯示這段話,
請問大家到底更新BIOS的正確程序到底怎麼做呢?
