上星期將TOMTOM ONE 更新完後,測試後其狀況各方面都正常,所以囉!就把我的TOMTOM ONE收藏放好,但是今天拿出使用時,卻發現無法開機,且必須將SD卡取出再插入才能開機,之後試了好幾次都這樣,可是開機後一切都還正常,請問各位這情況是正常的嗎?還是要送修呢?有人跟我相同情況嗎?要如何處理呢,煩請協助幫幫忙給個意見或是解決方式,謝謝各位.

A: First of all, this is a known issue with TomToms that will typically happen when you insert an SD card or re-insert an SD card, The TomTom requires you to perform a RESET every time you insert an SD card. Once your perform the RESET, you should not have to perform it again on subsequent power-ons.
The following is the RESET sequence to follow:(請依照底下順序執行RESET)
> Remove any SD card from your TomTom's SD slot (從TomTom 取出 SD 卡)
> Turn on your TomTom (without an SD card inserted)(TomTom開機)(此時不插SD卡)
> Once the TomTom has booted, insert your SD card(TomTom開機後, 插入SD卡)
- Your TomTom will reboot once you insert the SD card.(當插入SD卡後TomTom將會重新開機)
> Once the TomTom has booted with the SD card, use a paperclip to press the RESET button on the bottom of the TomTom(當TomTom以SD卡開機後, 使用適當工具按RESET)
You should be all set now. Next time you power off the TomTom, you should be able to power it back on with the SD card inserted. (你現在已完全設定, 下次TomTom關機後, 當SD卡插入狀態下你應該可以正常開機)
