nuvi720 更新的問題

不知道各位大大有沒有出現過這樣的問題
在執行更新程式copy2card.exe時 出現以下錯誤

X Runtime Error!

過年前有e-mail給原廠，可是都還沒有收到回應捏@@||
過年時出門前不知怎麼弄得，把裡面的圖資都弄不見了，只剩下國道的資料
不過後來換了台電腦就可以正確的執行

自己的電腦不知道為什麼就是跑這種錯誤訊息><
