Try another way:
1.Open The nuvi2585_TWN_v320.exe with WinRAR.
2.Find a folder named "nuvi2585"
3.There are 3 sub-folders in that folder,named :.system,Garmin,poi
4.UnZip they,and copy to Garmin nuvi2585 Device,Covered by the same name.
5.Reboot the nuvi2585 Device
