I am a user of HP iPAQ 4700.I disocver that installing ICQ from ICQ Inc. will cause the lose of the printmanager.exe(Print manager by HP).Therefore,I hard reset it(at that moment I don't know is the ICQ cause this problem).After I install all my applications back and back it up by using the HP backup tools,after I switched on my bluetooth and press the on/off buttom,the blue LED on the top left hand corner would not switched off unless I soft reset it.Does anyone of you had this problem before?If it is,may I ask how to solve it?Hard reset actually means to restore all the stuffs to the default,it should not cause this problem?I am headache for this problem,can any professional do me a flavour to help me?
