Thanks for the clarification. I knew you were not talking about me.
Perhaps you should ask this member (spring91811) where did he/she saw "消費者的通告". And question why TK3C only posted at some branch not all of them. Most of memebers(including myself) here all agreed that TK3C should handle this better and also need to "re-evaluate" their business exercise and employee training. Then it is up to customers and market to decide they can sustain for the competition.
