倍受期待的Google手機終於推出
這款手機未公開前網路流言不少 甚至有所謂的想像圖片先行曝光
美國時間9月23日發表的這款手機是由台灣宏達電生產 也稱為G Phone
網路推測圖之一 最接近的假想
網路搜索引擎起家的Google 當然要著重推出快捷上網功能的手機
可能Google對於手機的發展前景 還未能掌握
保留佔了五分之一大小 如PDA手機般按鍵 （當然這種設計比iPhone全螢幕設計來的好）
然而Google G1機構佈局設計 卻是還比較差設計 HTC Touch Pro都比它漂亮與設計合理

手機上網順暢 有重要的關鑑是輸入鍵盤
Google G1採取側滑蓋隱藏式QWERTY鑑盤是正確的方向
但是上側滑保留了下端五分之一 其實螢幕顯示也勢必縮減 這種分割也不漂亮
其實老外手指較東方人粗 Google G1鍵盤寬度還比HTC Touch Pro更窄
為了屈就窄鍵盤和不因間隔過小而誤觸
採較高突起按鍵是個方法 但也佔據了寶貴的內部空間
上半部側滑機構的轉角 雙邊還要導4分之1小圓角 整體造型並不漂亮
HTC下一代的黑石機 早就朝更長型的螢幕延升 只保留一小排按鑑
將來黑石機會不會也有QWERTY也不難想像
如黑石機般的螢幕 多出的一段 還可以有虛擬按鍵 讓顯示圖片與程式畫面更大

如果這款Google G1是黑石機的QWERTY版本 加上更漂亮的操作軟體畫面
1+1+Google的品牌加持 不大賣也難
沒有辦法 好的極簡設計都被運用了 Google難道不知外型設計的缺點和少了美感嗎
Google還是可以從邊角造型與漂亮軟體操作畫面 去要求設計公司強化補足
還是硬體設計方面是HTC沒法再發展新創意 因為好的理念都被自家用完
真不曉得Google G1白色外殼怎麼非做出不可
白色塑料不噴漆 即便是光滑亮面 還是塑膠感很重
Google G1白色機 還真有點像是東森購物賣的白牌滑蓋機
當然全新的Android作業軟體 其順暢性是比Windows Mobile 6.1來的快速
然而一般人常用的到Office文件基本的轉換 閱讀編輯 更令人關切
畢竟收發E-mail必會夾帶一些這類檔案
至於HTC的執行長在美國Google Phone T-Mobile G1發表會的穿著
如同大陸人的標準裝扮 穿西裝外套 襯衫卻不打領帶
想學蘋果執行長賈伯斯雅痞的風格 確過胖和穿錯 真是畫虎不成…….

That's one ugly phone. Well, perhaps Google didn't design it, after all, what Google is providing is a SW/OS platform. This one looks like a T Mobile designed phone.
It's not only ugly in the surface. The firmware/software doesn't even seem to be ready and missed many basic feature as a smartphone. e.g MS Exchange support, no A2DP support, no video recording ....

Yeah, I am pretty sure Google didn't do the HW design. In the press conference in NY, Google founder says they are building SW and giving it away to carriers and cellphone makers, and they are hoping more phones uses the SW. T Mobile is the first carrier to "offer a cellphone with Google SW", so that tells me Google just supports SW.
