O2 mini 原裝 Stereo headset 左右聲掉轉!!??

I have send to your company about the Stereo headset problem, why there is still no reply over one week??!!
WHy the original Stereo headset left side produce right side sound and right side produce left side sound?
Is there any design fault??!!
Please reply me a.s.a.p.

1. There are indication L and R on the headset, did you put on correctly?
2. What file you are playing? Did you test the file on another device?
3. How did you identify left side produce right side sound and right side
produce left side sound?
4. Did you try the headset on another O2 device?

Dear Sir,
1.I have put on correctly but the sound is not correct , right ear left side sound and left ear right side sound.
2.I am playing mp3 file and test in many device such mp3 player, dvd player, computer and only O2 has this problem to produce wrong sound.
All O2 mini user has this problem and I think your company must face this design fault, otherwise noone will buy O2 anymore.
As I know, only Taiwan phone has this problem such as " MiTAC" and I think your company must ask manufacturer to slove this problem and I think no problem about the Stereo headset, it is only the problem about the O2 mini, hope you can fixed the problem in the comming version ROM.
