找到的方法如下：
在刷ROM之前，要先執行下列程序：
1,首先關機，取出 SIM 卡
2,開機，建立 PC 同步連接，解壓 Unsigned-Hard-SPL-Diamond-OliNex.zip..
3,執行 ROMUpdateUtility.exe,PDA會自動黑頻..刷寫已破解的SPL..完成後PDA會自動REBOOT..
4,確認方法: 按音量下 + RESET制..進入三頻..畫面顯示 1.40.OliNex..代表解鎖完成...
(如未能成功刷寫..請把SSPL-Manual.exe COPY到PDA手機..執行後PDA會自動黑頻..由第3步開始重新做一次)

2,開機，USB跟手機連線，選擇同步模式，PC上解壓縮 Unsigned-Hard-SPL-Diamond-OliNex.zip..
3,執行 ROMUpdateUtility.exe,PDA會畫面變黑.把ROM改成破解，完成後PDA會自動從開機..
4,確認方法: 按音量下 + RESET制..進入三頻..畫面右下角顯示 1.40.OliNex..代表解鎖完成...
(如果解鎖不成功..請把SSPL-Manual.exe COPY到手機根目錄..用檔案總管執行後PDA會自動畫面變黑..執行第三步）
接下來執行升級軟體，下一步，下一步，開始更新之後，手機會出現百分比，更新完畢就會重開機。
升級軟體我是升級中華電信的版本。

所以我第一步是不是先dump 出原本的ROM
但是我執行了 'pdocread.exe-l' 後 得到的訊息是

Copying C:\Dump\itsutils.dll to WCE:\windows\itsutils.dll
Could not update itsutils.dll to the current version, maybe it is inuse?
try restarting your device, or restart activesync
or maybe your device is application-locked.

原dword值為2,
改為1,並重開機.
dword值為1時,允許未驗證的DLL執行.
dword值為其他時,不允許未驗證的DLL執行

當小弟下 pdocread -w -d DSK1: -b 0x800 -p Part00 0 0x31f000 Part00.raw 這一串指令時,出現這樣的訊息: CopyTFFSToFile(0x0, 0x31f000, Part00.raw)
ERROR: ITReadDisk: outbuf==NULL - 裝置尚未就緒。
小弟使用的Dump版本為 itsutilsbin-20080923.zip, 請問有什麼解決方法可以從Touch 3G本身Dump 出ROM呢,謝謝
