The .PBK file is just to create an VPN connection to Hungary. Therefore, it doesn't matter if you are on cable on ADSL as long as you have a connection to the internet. U may found the internet connection on the PC is not working anymore after the VPN. But that's ok because the phone is checking the update by either DATA or Wifi on the phone. After Zune got trigger nodo update is available, you can disconnect the VPN and let the PC to download the update.
