您有下載Diamond Surface Kitchen套裝工具來使用嗎?如果有的話，就不用那麼複雜了，因為在套裝工具裡早就把所有的過程簡化了，您下載後須先解壓縮，在資料夾內就有每一個步驟的編號，只需要執行Begin與Cook兩個指令，就會把整個流程Run 一次了。
因為這是國外製作的工具，因此使用說明也是英文的，我把他整理一下貼在這裡~
1. Open !BEGIN.cmd and you get the following options:
-Enter 1 if you want just to cook ROM
(RUU_signed.nbh required in BaseROM folder)
-Enter 2 if you want to rebuild and cook dumped ROM into flashable ROM
(RUU_signed.nbh, dumped part01.raw and part02.raw required in BaseROM folder)
Choose the one you like to use, but be sure that you placed the files in the right folders before selecting an option.
The kitchen begins to extract the files, press enter everytime it asks u.
The extraction is finished when the kitchen says it.
2. You can now build/edit your rom(Add/Remove files on your own risk, but you'll know that)
You can add/delete oem packages in the oem folder.
3. Open !COOK.cmd and Buildos will open.
-Check/Uncheck the packages you want to add in the rom(if there are no things to check, add the option.xml file to each of the oem packs)
-Press Play, buildos builds up your rom, if you got any erros fix them and run play again.
After buildos has done it's work, close it and in !COOK.cmd press enter, the kicthen builds up your rom.
When that is finished the kitchen opens HTCCRT.exe which will let you sign your rom.
4. Make sure you've selected Diamond*** and load in the os box your Os-NEw.nb.
Press "build" and save the file as RUU_Signed.nbh to the tools folder.
When this is finished the !COOK.bat cleans up the TEMP folder of the kitchen(don't worry you'll not be needing it)
After it says it's finished close the window and go to the next step.
5. Open !FLASH.bat and the DiamondCustomRUU.exe will open to flash to your device.
Make sure you have flashed Hard SPL Unlocker before flashing a cooked rom.

目前新版的ROM都是1.93.xxx.x開頭的，因此您要刷ROM的話，這個是首選，那些1.37.xxx.x或1.39.xxx.x的ROM已經不需要考慮了。
因為不知道您想使用繁體中文版、港版或英文版的ROM，也不知道您的使用需求，因此僅以我Cook的ROM與官方版本做說明~
目前官方新版的ROM有分為鑽石機通路版1.93.753.3(佈景主題為HTC Black)與鑽石機中華電信客製版1.93.752.1(佈景主題為淡藍色，首頁多了RSS新聞跑馬燈，並新增一些中華電信的客製應用程式)，勝利機8/26也推出新版的ROM1.93.922.1，其實只要先刷Hard SPL Unlocker，鑽石機與勝利機的ROM是可以通用的。
官方版的優點是所有的附屬程式都內建在ROM裡面，相對而言也變成他的一個缺點~儲存記憶體頗為吃緊，刷完ROM大概只剩下43MB~50MB的主記憶體，因為有一些程式都必須安裝在主記憶體中，對於一些重度使用者來說，久而久之可能會遇到主記憶體不足的情況。
我根據通路版1.93.753.3製作了Lite版的V3及V3.1，最近又根據中華客製版1.93.752.1製作了Lite版的V3.2、V3.2a及V3.2b，除了做了NetCF與Radio的修改外，同時直接從ROM裡面刪除了一些非必要或不常用的程式(大部分可自行下載Cab檔安裝於內部儲存)，這樣一來使可用的儲存記憶體增加35~36MB，提供給使用者另外一種選擇。

剛剛看了一下，Rapidshare的連結還是可以用呀! 請記得在Rapidshare下載頁面要點選Free User，然後需要等大約一分鐘時間才可以下載(畫面上會有倒數計時)。
之前根據中華客製版Cook了Big Storage V3.2版，後來因為以下兩點原因又製作了V3.2a版：
1.網上有好幾個網友反映MP3 Trimmer很好用，但我在V3.2版中將它刪除了，他們在網路上怎麼也找不到For VGA版的MP3 Trimmer--------> 因此我把這個程式加進V3.2a版裡面。
2.Radio推出1.00.25.08版，網上也很多人反映GPS定位速度快很多--------> 因此我把Radio~1.00.25.08加入V3.2a版
其實V3.2與V3.2a都差不多，只有以上兩點差異而已。
V3.2b一樣是中華客製版，但將佈景主題改為HTC Black，但相對而言，RSS新聞跑馬燈就不見了。
