xda上作者有提到的步驟如下 post #4 有market的link可下載, 我試過ok

* Issue with cam corder closing itself. Fix it here
* Some ppl (only some) have reported the market place disappearing after updating from 1.2. Most dont have this issue though... To fix this issue, please install the attached Market 2.12.apk and then go to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > ALL TAB > Market > Clear Data. Market place should now work...
