My Touch GSM Phone can not tune on I talk to U.S. services Dept they said board problem need to change board, So I get case#1086286 & rma# 18886171113 and now for one month Company not sand Email tell me what's going on, so I call So many times, only the one Answer we don’t have parts, when have we don’t know, if you want get fast sand back to Taiwan by own also the supervise Brittany take to me said if you want to know about parts go to E-Club to ask we don’t know the parts when be come, this the big company services?? How do Customer Trust the Company?? This the Deception, a global Services?? If a similar problem with other companies as long as a phone call is established within three days of phone mail to the customer then bad phone return to phone company, if they don’t have they will upgrade phone for Customer, not named, did not use the phone This is a big company in charge of service. I do not know whether or not ashamed of your company. Eric

Thank you for your inquiry regarding the repairs for your Touch phone.
I spoke with the Repair Center myself, the issue was escalated on August 18, 2008. It normally takes a minimum of three weeks before a response to an escalation is expected. The issue is being looked at and worked on, but it is simply a very lengthy process. For quicker service it is suggested that you contact the repair center in Taiwan.
I do apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused.

For My First report on July 30, August 18 is after 3weeks, I Buy HTC Touch phone that was said The Phone is global Services and trust you are Company and you are Services, Now you tell me to contact the repair center in Taiwan for Quick services This Should be your to talk you are Company is not for me to do, What is the services? If any thing need Customer to ask repair center in Taiwan, why the Company to pay you and why have global Services? I don't Like play the Game. Eric

Thanks for getting back in touch with us about your service issue with your GSM Touch device.
We understand how important it is that you have your phone in working order. As the issue has been escalated as of August 18th and is being handled by the repair center, there isn't any way for us in tech support to accelerate the process. It was only suggested that you have the option of calling the repair center in Taiwan because that is the location of the worldwide company headquarters. Rest assured your repair is being handled and we will do our best to get your phone back to you just as soon as possible.

SHIPPING DISCLOSURE
Please follow the directions below when preparing your unit for shipment:
1. Remove and keep all accessories including battery, battery cover, cradle, charger, cases, SIM card, SD card, and stylus.
2. Use proper packaging to avoid shipping damage. We strongly recommend applying shipping insurance as HTC is not liable for inbound shipping damage or loss.
3. Print a copy of this e-mail and include with your unit.
4. If available, please provide a copy of your proof of purchase.
5. Clearly write HTC Customer Care Dept. address and RMA# on the front of package.
6. We recommend using a shipping method that will provide you with a tracking number. You will be responsible for in-bound shipping charges.
REPAIR DISCLOSURE
1. All units will be charged a triage fee of $28.00. This includes technical assessment and diagnosis.
2. Please back up all data before shipping to our repair center. Please remove your SIM card.
3. There is a 90-day warranty on all repairs made. 90-day warranty applies only to repeat return cases with the same failure symptom and same parts for replacement.
REPAIR PROCESS
Once our repair facility receives your unit, we will evaluate the problem
symptom(s) on the unit. A customer care representative will contact you via phone and discuss the problem symptoms and/or suggested repair services and provide a repair quotation for each service rendered. You can choose to have the phone returned to you without repair, but a triage fee of $28.00 will be assessed. Should you choose to release your phone for repair based on the recommended services, our customer care representatives will process your payment via phone.
