如diowong兄說的，有可能是軟體衝突...檢查是否為軟體衝突的最簡單方式就是>>回覆預設值 (開始\設定\系統\回覆預設值>>1234\ok
如果重回預設值仍然無法順利定位，那麼可能就要送修了 (萬一真是如此，記得先刷回官方wm5版本再送修^^)

IF re-download EVO and flashed again can not help, do the following (own risk),
this is how I repair my 818EVO...
1. repair DIY:-
open you 818evo ( if warranty expired), try to place a small piece of sponge on the speaker,
it may become alive again since that was an defect design (easy to be broken suddenly) of the speaker itself, I did tried before and my speaker lives for half year more,
tips: play a song on the device while putting the sponge ON the speaker surface and you will know where to place the sponge accordingly. ( you may hear the song if you do it right )
2. repair in a shop,
replace a the speaker. (speaker was dead)
( I had bought an speaker (O2 official parts) on the streets just HK$100 and replace by my own)Good Luck, I do hope it helps.

同時跟各位報告一個好康的，透過不同的刷機方式，可以讓EVO再增加2M左右的儲存記憶體喔^^
有圖為證，以下圖片為EVO8en^^"
做法：
1. 下載jumpspl
2. 解壓縮後，依機器選擇G3或G4的資料夾
3. 將JumpSPL.exe, SPL.lnk及SPL.nb三個檔案全數複製到PPC的根目錄下
4. 在ppc雙擊SPL.lnk (畫面變白)
5. 解壓縮EVO8.1
6. 執行EVO8.1資料夾內的ROMUpdateUtility_NV_G3.exe (或ROMUpdateUtility_NV_G4.exe)
7. 開始刷機 (ppc螢幕全白)
8. 刷機完成後就會多出約2M的儲存記憶體囉^^
註：若您不喜歡每次刷機都要執行這些步驟，請看這裡
以上作法的好處是：
1. 依靭體不同刷機後可多出1-15M的儲存記憶體 (EVO系列內建程式完整，可增記憶體就相對較少囉^^)
2. 不用SuperCID，任何語系靭體皆可RUU直刷
