大家都知道一般買來的軟體都會lock主板上的序號, 我的 ASUS P535 在半年內換了兩次主板, 害我又要去向軟體公司要更新的註冊碼:

My Asus P535 got broken again. It got shut down automatically regularly. It's because of Asus's system fault; they helped me change a new main board “again”. However, it looks like the active number can’t work on this main board. Could you help me on this?
Attached please find the service ticket. I didn't change a new machine, nor did I double use the software.

收到這信實在很生氣, 明明是華碩的錯, 搞到我還要去花錢, 打電話去問華碩客服, 他們說他們只管硬體, 軟體不是他們的事, 唉; 不過在仔細看了一下他們的policy 後, 發覺有一點空間, 就再回了一封信.

This is a highly extremely specific situation. I have to say I reallly don’t know that ASUS is such a XXX company that sell easy-broken mobile phone. They actually help me switched twice the main boards within 6 months.
What can I say? This is why I attached the Asus repair ticket information for you reference. You are welcome to contact ASUS for accuracy of the situation. Just wanna know if you could help me on this? Or should I buy another one series? I really XXX ASUS's mobile phone quality. Thank for your help?
