你在升級韌體時，無法使用其他的kies Widget-->這是正常的

至於要自行升級的話礙於很多網路因素加上網路的JH2不是最完整版的升級韌體

要升級的話還是打電話到旗艦店還是神腦維修中心等工廠版的出了再去那游工程師幫你升

比較妥當!!
