i am living in LA and i wanna intall to chinese input can everybody tell me how can i do??? and this phone can use in tw????? is this 3 頻cellphone??

I believe the bandwidth if E715 can only be used in North America (900/1900). This kinda tells us the cell itself is not tri-band.

As for upgrade it to the chinese interface and input, i have no idea,
does anybody know anything about this?
