弱弱請教各路前輩
前幾天去換了一支新傳動軸
但從頭到尾都沒看到師傅有給
傳動軸注入黃油
請問新傳動軸部品防塵套裡本來就有注滿黃油了嗎?

防塵套裡注入的是二硫化鉬(或類似油酯)喔
若是黃油等行駛後高熱就融化甩光了

很多是二硫化鉬黃油沒錯,但不是百分百.

Here’s something you won’t get with aftermarket CV boot kits: Toyota uses different types of grease for the inner and outer CV joints. Presumably the engineers had a reason for this, so we like to use the grease they specified. When we buy the kits from a Toyota dealer, all of the parts — the boots, clamps, clips, and even the grease the car had when it was new.

Ok here is the answer: Tan grease is for the inside joint, black grease for the outside joint. Toyota used to supply a blue grease for both inner and outer. They changed that since I had mine done last time in 2009. In the new kits the tan stuff is thinner and may lube the needle bearings better on the inside bearing. The outside bearings are ball type and need the thicker 90wt grease. My mechanic has seen this before. Case closed.
