Toyota used to supply a blue grease for both inner and outer. They changed that since I had mine done last time in 2009. In the new kits the tan stuff is thinner and may lube the needle bearings better on the inside bearing. The outside bearings are ball type and need the thicker 90wt grease. My mechanic has seen this before. Case closed.
