看了地圖，有些地方好像過夜50元美金（應該是含過夜費用），
也有5美金/2小時，
如果都是出去旅遊，似乎買電動車/phev，沒有比較划算？

I am currently on an EV rate plan with Pacific Gas and Electric in the SF Bay Area, CA whereby I pay .125/kWh from 11pm to 7am. I “fill” my Chevy Bolt for 8 hrs at a cost of about $7.20 giving me 200 miles. I’m driving at a cost of .036/mile. Compare that to a car that gets 25 mpg at about $2.80 per gallon. Those same 200 miles for a gas car cost $22.40 ….. over 3x the cost of electric! Guess when we run our dishwasher (delayed start) and clothes dryer? Yep … late at night. I never saw a difference in my bill by going to the time of use rates from usage tiers where I could get up to a .33 rate. This great off-peak rate is much longer on the weekends making the savings even grater.
