I really think you are taking this too seriously. We've never said don't ever trust MotorTrend and Car and Driver. Maybe your "designing" expertise in cars is making you not able to read correctly. Please read carefully at what we have said.
And like I said before, you need to see the changes and evolutions of MotorTrend & Car and Driver in the past 10+ years. You can totally tell that some of their comparisons are way out of reach and not reasonable at all.
As for those UK car magazines, they are heavily biased towards brands. (Top Gear is fun to watch as well, but they are biased too)
Have it your way? This is not Burger King, ok? As a designer, you need to learn about "constructive critism."

LOL! Okay, what I posted was not "constructive criticism (just my personal opinion). But me and the other guy have never claimed that those magazines aren't trustworthy at all. However, you can't deny the fact that these magazines sometimes have crazy reviews and crazy results (which differ from other magazines or even from factory claim). Anyways, I think we've all gone off-topic, hahaha!
我覺得這些雜誌介紹多少都會有差異. 每家雜誌喜歡的也不一定會一樣. 看看規格與配備來比較 + 實際去試開還是最好的選擇. 要不然花了大把錢, 卻買了台不喜歡的車........苦了只有自己.
