After the trip, have you contacted the hotel manager again to complain? What is their respond?I am sure you are very disappointed about the services, but why don't you ask for the manager immediately???I've been there several times and I haven't had such experince at all.Just share my thoughts.....I still think it is the best hotel around that area in terms of everything.
