說到意麵我不得不跟各位推薦在台南道地的手工意麵店-阿龍意麵，每次來這裡吃麵都是這種大排長龍的場景，會跟阿瀧意麵相遇也是一種巧合，剛來台南時對路不熟跟老婆找路找到這裡時剛好肚子餓，那時候還下雨天喔，看到這家麵店門口還是人潮滿滿，想必有其道理在，果然沒讓我們失望。

如果是在用餐時刻來真的是一位難求，建議在離峰時刻來比較好

阿龍意麵從1950創立至今已逾60餘載，現已由第二代接手經營，熱情又有趣的老闆娘，一直說她還沒打扮好

波菜餛飩湯麵每碗60元，以價格來說算是偏高，但是因為純手工製作所以意麵非常的Q彈，很有嚼勁而且散發淡淡的菠菜香氣，餛飩肉餡醃的入味，湯頭以瘦肉湯為湯底，清爽不油膩，整體的搭配就是滿分。
