感想:
小弟從小對發酵的東西是來者不拒，舉凡西瓜綿~芒果青~酸白菜火鍋~優酪乳~優格~酸黃瓜~酸豆等，
甚好此道，馬修的優格，因為不加糖，所以能感受到優格獨特的酸味，但不是會嘎冷筍的酸，是清爽的酸味...
