台灣雖然是海島國家,但是在生海鮮料理上,跟日本比起來總是覺得有那麼些不足
不管是食材上還是料理手法上,實在有點可惜。

店內容客數其實並不算少,裝潢簡單明亮,也有吧檯座位。不過這種客量,應該有位子坐就要偷笑了

海鮮蓋飯+牡丹蝦X1★★★★
食材新鮮度完全沒話說,整個有破表感,確實在台灣頗少吃到這麼新鮮的海鮮蓋飯。食材的取用上也很用心,尤其是呈現出來整體的感覺,相當迷人,尤其打在中間的蛋黃,確實有達到提升整體口感的順暢,算是讓這碗蓋飯整體加分的秘密武器。
而店家也有特別提到已經有調過醬汁進去不需要再加醬油,可以直接將旁邊的芥末適量的沾抹著吃。
這邊要特別提到的是蝦卵、鮭魚卵、蛋黃的搭配,算是整個將普通生魚片蓋飯提升的重要因素。因為三種截然不同味道、口感的生蛋類,搭配出來的口感也具有獨特的層次感,不但讓單純的生魚片少去了單調的味道與口感,還大大提升了與白飯搭配的滑順感,讓人真的有想要一吃再吃。

踏進金泰前雖然就有心理準備,但是直到現在還是有覺得很貴的感覺。可是不可否認的是蓋飯的新鮮度與擺設呈現方式,真的是值得一吃再吃得美味。就是可惜了,相信很多人也都會覺得貴的莫名,就像是專給有錢人吃的消夜沒有動力再去。或許是因為經營方式不像一般高級的日式料理店,如果帶入些許的服務要素跟精緻感,別讓人覺得像是家常小店,相信這價位會被更多數的人所接受的。
