I have been using Epson R-D1 which is build by Cosina and based on a Bessa and I love it. Had it not being an APSC, I would probably not get the M240. I think the Bessa chasis is a great one and the choice of using CCD is brilliant. I had a hard time when getting my M240 vs M9, mainly on the debate of CMOS vs CCD. Overall, I have to choose M240 not because of M9 CCD reliability issue but many others...
Let's hope this rumor is indeed true. I will be the firs to place the order!
