hi 01友，qb9 是昨天入手了，使用上很開心不錯，
目前Jplay 在H 休眠模式下，電腦會直接monitor 變暗後，QB9 show 44hz ，
然後就啥麼音樂都沒出現，但非h 休眠模式下，正常聽歌。
這是什麼回事? 有解嗎?
以上都有把防毒關掉。
一定要插上USB 才給播放。
一樣，畫面黑了之後，沒有聲音，拔下usb後，發現PC 當了。
中間，我有把防火牆、防毒給關，一樣照當。
不能用Hibernate mode就感受不到高音質的效果了吧?

Hibernate mode doesn’t work. JPLAY loads tracks for playback, the screen goes blank and nothing happens; I have to perform hard reset on my PC. Sometimes it plays music fine, but doesn’t ‘wake up’ when the playback finishes.
AHibernate is not guaranteed to work on all systems. This could be due to unwanted 3rd party software/driver interaction. The most common culprit is anti-virus and anti-spyware software. Try disabling it and see if that helps.
We highly recommend using StreamerMode (dual PC setup) with dedicated AudioPC and ‘naked’ operating system installation (=no additional software installed apart from OS & JPLAY).
In single PC mode any USB stick needs to be plugged in in order for Hibernate to start. Unplugging the stick during playback will exit Hibernate mode.
