遠傳的網卡為HUAWEI E220，到期未續門號改用中華3G門號欲試一下上網狀況，結果無法上網。
爬文上了HUAWEI的網站下載了驅動程式，可是安裝的時候抓不到硬體。
請問這種榜約送的3G網卡，換電信公司可以設定嗎？還是遠傳設死不讓用戶改？如果可以改，請網上高手分享設定的方式。

I called CHT call center, and problem got fixed through their support.
I am able to use FET Software to work now.
The problem is to reconfig the APN as: internet (FET was fetims).
I tried to reconfig it as INTERNET, but system does not accept 英文大寫.
