I used Disk Utility and Partition Manager from 7tools http://7tools.com/pm/index.htm
First, I put a HD into an external enclosure. Then, I made 2 partitions in Mac by Disk Utility. Then format 1 partition into HFS+ and leave another one as free space. Then use a PC and run Partition Manager to format the remain partition as FAT32. DONE.
This is a faster and easier way to do it. I spent like 3 days to figure out how to do it by asking around and countless testes.
BUT. Later I found out to format 1 HD into 2 format is a very bad choice. First, it works just fine. But when the drive has formating problem. There is NO way to fix it. Not even DiskWarrior. And I learn this in a hard way.
So it is a give or take. It is conviente but you might risk to lost ur data. In fact, I can save everything on the FAT32
partition, but not on HFS+. Cause there is not possible to mount the drive at all.
it is your choice.
Also, if you must do it. Try to get the Partition Manager 2004, not 2005. Cause it has unlimited function free trail.
None loves me...

首先用MAC Disk utility幫硬碟做分割 對其中一個槽格式化 另外一個槽不管他

我個人認為這樣比較簡單啦........

不過這樣在窗戶的電腦上會看不到MAC格式的分區
