剛組好的電腦,出了什麼問題呢?!!

前幾天剛組好的電腦,東西都灌好了,隔天一開機,顯示卡記憶體畫面跑完,到windows畫面就跳到以下畫面藍底白字後就當機了,只要第二次開機後就都正常了,(在安全模式下) 也就是說每隔一段時間開電腦,都要開2次才能正常
ps:視窗畫面就像我們以前在玩任x堂卡式遊戲機,卡帶沒裝好模模糊糊的畫面一樣.

是硬體還是軟體系統沒灌好呢??重灌了幾次還是一樣沒有改善!真不知道是怎樣?? 請各位大大幫個忙吧!
