recently, when i install any software, no matter it is in .msi or .exe , or any language, this kind of error always appeared(including .net framework or other microsoft softwares and updates). What's wrong with the window installer?

I THINK ... you have to reinstal your OS...
If you really can not instal any kind of program,even can't run any programs
then...the best way to kill the problem is--"reinstal your OS"
You may think "It is just a small program, why do I need to do so?"
But trust me.... Do what I say is correct

PS. The pic you show here is a Chineese WinOS ,Why do you need to type in "English"?
