電腦無法上網.請各位電腦高手幫幫忙

我的電腦是桌上型的作業系統是XP，不知到電腦怎麼了一按瀏覽器無法開啟上網直接出現一串

如上的警示語都沒辦法解決這個問題，但mxie則可正常上網請各位大大幫忙如何解決


初學者
