我的skype 台灣通(台灣go)被pchome停掉 直接寫信去給總公司

我的台灣go本來9月就被pchome改成不能自動續約扣點
結果我就手動改成自動續約扣點
這個月發現手動也不行了

我就直接寫信去skype

My unlimited country subscription has been cancelled by Skype customer support without my agreement,so that my unlimited country subscription cannot auto-recharging on its expiring day,19 Oct. It is not a friendly way to treat your long-time customer.Under no circumstances can a giant company do so to any tiny customer.To earn back my support for skype,I strongly suggest that skype should make my unlimited country subscription status unchanged as before(be able to auto-recharging).

大概的意思是說我的一國通(國外不叫台灣通，叫一國通)沒有經過我的同意就被取消自動續約，這對長期的使用者不是友善的行為。任何情況下，一間大公司都不能如此對待小消費者。我強烈建議你們應該(故意不省略should)恢復我的一國通跟以前一樣可以自動續約扣點，以贏回我對skype的支持

其實我寫完就忘記了
我當初真的只是很不爽又被取消 想直接寫信給總公司
沒想過會有回應
結果過了一個禮拜 在我都要忘記的時候突然收到回信

原來 真的是pchome耍X不給人用台灣go

我po文章前本來怕被pchome的人看到
以免下個月又被pchome改回去
後來想一想 算了
再次被pchome 手動取消只是加深我對pchome這種逕行取消的反感
